Service Include:

  • Each snow gear bag may contain one or more snowboards/skis, and additional related equipment may be included, provided the total weight does not exceed 23 kg. Courier services will refuse shipment if overweight.
  • The annual storage service period runs from the day the gear arrived to the following year (calculated on a 12-month basis).

Storage Fee:

Annual storage service fee: JPY ¥18,000 or HKD 900

Shipping and Handling Fees:

The snow gear storage service fee does not include courier shipping costs. Current shipping rates (subject to change per official courier rates) are as follows:

  • Hokkaido: Single Trip JPY ¥3,630 or Round Trip JPY ¥7,060
  • Tohoku and Kansai regions: Single Trip JPY ¥3,160 or Round Trip JPY ¥6,120
  • Nagano, Niigata, and Kanto regions: Single Trip JPY ¥3,020 or Round Trip JPY ¥5,840

***Each outbound shipment incurs a handling fee of JPY ¥ 1,500 in addition to the shipping cost.***

Which shipping option to choose?

You can pick either Single Trip or Round Trip option each time you request your bag from us.
a) Single Trip Option: If you are travelling around during the trip, and you will not go back to your previous spot where you picked up the bag. Use single trip option please. Then ship it back by yourself at your own cost.
b) Round Trip Option: If you are staying at the same spot during your trip, round trip option is the best. You just have to place your bag at the same spot where you picked up.

Notice Us To Ship Your Gear To You.

  1. First message us with shipping details. (Two weeks in advance please!)
    Let us know the shipping option.
    a) Single Trip option
    b) Round Trip option
  2. Pay the shipping fee + Handling fee.
  3. We will ship your bag within 3 days before the date you provided.
  4. Remember to keep the shipping plastic bag, and use it next time.

When trip ended

Ship Back To Us

  1. Pack your bag with the shipping plastic bag.
  2. a) Single trip option: Ship your bag at your own cost.
    b) Round Trip Option: Just leave your bag at the same spot with shipping plastic bag covered and shipping details on it.

    服務說明

    • 儲存服務週期為入倉日計(以 12 個月為一年度計算基準)。
    • 雪具儲存服務採年度訂閱制
    • 雪具板袋內裡可包含一套或以上雪板,你也可放置其他相關裝備,但總重量不可超過23公斤。過重速遞公司會不受理托運。
    • 如雪具板袋總重量超過23公斤,本公司將收取第二件雪具儲存服務。
    • 每個儲存服務年度結束時,我們會安排自動續約,以確保服務不中斷。
    • 若欲終止儲存服務,客戶須於年度費用期限屆滿前一個月以書面通知本公司,並同時提供欲寄送雪具之日本國內收件地址。若於通知期限內未收到有效郵寄地址,將視為客戶同意繼續使用本服務。年度屆滿後,本公司將依約收取續約年費。
    • 若欲於年度費用期限屆滿前終止儲存服務,本公司不予退款。
    • 若客戶於年度費用期限屆滿後一個月內未續繳儲存服務費用,且雪具仍寄存於本公司倉庫,客戶須補繳該期間產生之倉儲費用,方得再次安排寄送或取回雪具。
    • 年度費用期限屆滿後兩個月內,若客戶未提出續約或終止之任何通知,本公司保留自行處置該雪具之權利

    寄送運費相關

    • 上述雪具儲存服務費用不含宅急便寄送所需之郵遞費用。將依宅急便官方費率調整而變動
    • 每次出倉寄送,除郵遞費用外,另收取手續費 1,500 日圓
    • 入倉寄回時,請客戶自行預付運費。若採貨到付款方式,將另加收手續費 2,000 日圓
      • 雪具出倉寄出時,必須使用宅急便指定保護膠套進行包裝,否則本公司恕無法受理寄送。若客戶未備有該膠套,須向本公司加購,費用為 1,000 日圓(出倉時與運費一併結算)。

    免責聲明

    • 自行承擔風險
      • 本公司將盡力妥善保管雪具,惟若因地震、海嘯、火山爆發、蟲害、霉變、或因地震引發之災害及其他不可抗力因素所致之損失,本公司概不承擔任何責任。
    • 正常損耗
      • 保管期間因時間自然產生之損耗(包括生鏽、變色、材質劣化等),本公司不負任何責任。
    • 寄存前處理規定
      • 客戶於寄存雪具前,須先行徹底風乾並清潔。若因未經充分風乾、濕氣殘留等原因,導致雪具於保管期間出現潮濕、發霉、異味、變質或蟲蛀等情況,本公司不承擔任何責任。
    • 危險品檢查權
      • 客戶不得於雪具袋內放置任何危險物品(如壓縮瓦斯、爆炸物、易燃物品等)。本公司於合理懷疑之情況下,保留開袋檢查之權利,且無須另行通知客戶。
    • 運輸安排
      • 本公司出庫運輸由「宅急便」負責。若運送途中發生延誤、損壞或遺失,本公司概不負責,客戶須自行向運輸公司提出賠償申請。
    • 無人認領之處理
      • 若雪具長期無人認領,且客戶未於本公司通知後之合理期間內回覆,本公司有權將該雪具視為棄置物品處理,客戶不得再要求返還或賠償。
    • 同意條款
      • 客戶將雪具寄存或交由本公司安排運送,即視為已充分閱讀、理解並同意遵守本免責聲明之全部內容。

    Japan Snow Gear Storage Service

    Service Description

    • The annual storage service period runs from the day the gear arrived to the following year (calculated on a 12-month basis).
    • The snow gear storage service operates on an annual subscription basis.
    • Each snow gear bag may contain one or more snowboards/skis, and additional related equipment may be included, provided the total weight does not exceed 23 kg. Courier services will refuse shipment if overweight.
    • If the total weight of the snow gear bag exceeds 23 kg, we will charge for a second storage unit.
    • At the end of each storage service year, the subscription will automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service.
    • To terminate the storage service, the customer must provide written notice to us one month prior to the expiration of the annual fee period and simultaneously provide a valid domestic Japanese delivery address for the return of the gear. Failure to provide a valid address within the notice period will be deemed as consent to continue the service. Upon annual expiration, we will charge the renewal fee accordingly.
    • No refunds will be issued for termination requested before the annual fee period expires.
    • If the customer fails to renew the storage fee within one month after the annual fee period expires and the gear remains in the Company’s warehouse, the customer must pay the accrued warehouse fees for that period before any re-delivery or pickup can be arranged.
    • If the customer provides no notice of renewal or termination within two months after the annual fee period expires, the Company reserves the right to dispose of the gear at its discretion.

    Shipping and Handling Fees

    • The snow gear storage service fee does not include courier shipping costs. Subject to change per official courier rates
    • Each outbound shipment incurs a handling fee of ¥1,500 in addition to the shipping cost.
    • For inbound return shipments, customers must prepay shipping fees. If cash on delivery (COD) is used, an additional handling fee of ¥2,000 will apply.
    • All outbound shipments must be packaged in the designated protective cover required by the courier. Shipments without it will not be accepted. If the customer does not have the cover, it can be purchased from the Company for ¥1,000 (billed together with shipping upon dispatch).

    Disclaimer

    Acceptance of Terms By depositing gear with the Company or authorizing shipment arrangements, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the full terms of this disclaimer.

    Assumption of Risk The Company will take all reasonable care in storing the gear. However, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, pest infestation, mold, disasters triggered by earthquakes, or other force majeure events.

    Normal Wear and Tear The Company assumes no responsibility for natural deterioration over time during storage (including rust, discoloration, material degradation, etc.).

    Pre-Storage Preparation Requirements Customers must thoroughly dry and clean the gear before storage. The Company shall not be liable for any moisture, mold, odor, deterioration, or pest damage resulting from inadequate drying or residual moisture.

    Right to Inspect for Hazardous Items Customers must not store any hazardous materials (e.g., compressed gas, explosives, flammable items) in the gear bag. The Company reserves the right to open and inspect the bag without prior notice if reasonable suspicion exists.

    Transportation Arrangement Outbound transportation is handled by the courier service (“Takkyubin”). The Company shall not be responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Customers must file claims directly with the courier.

    Unclaimed Gear If gear remains unclaimed for an extended period and the customer fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe after notification, the Company reserves the right to treat the gear as abandoned and dispose of it. No further claims for return or compensation will be accepted.
