Refunds and Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start date of the rental will receive a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Booking amendments made more than 7 days prior to the start date of the rental will receive a balance refund in the case of reduction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cancellations\/reductions made less than 7 days prior to the start date of the rental will not receive a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If No-show on the first day of the rental period, 1 day rental rate of that equipment item is payable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Refunds cannot be provided due to weather conditions, lift closures or other events beyond our control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Kids products and prices are for equipment used by children 15 years and under.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Equipment can be picked up one day before the rental period starting from 15:00 pm and should be returned at 18:00 pm on the rental period finishes day. Equipment not returned by that time will be liable for additional charges of 1 day rental rate of that equipment item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Please note early rental return is not refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Equipment may be exchanged one time for alternative equipment of the same grade (either standard or premium), this includes exchanging between ski and snowboard equipment of the same grade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Equipment may be exchanged for better size if sizing is not right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. At the commencement of your rental we might require deposit on your rentals until the equipment is returned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Loss and Damage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Equipment are to be returned clean and in working order with NO lift tickets attached, stickers, name tags or graffiti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. If misuse or accidental damage causes damage, OR equipment is lost or stolen, then up to a 14 days rental rate of that equipment item is payable in addition to the original rental cost.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Skiing and snowboarding are outdoor activities which can result in serious injury and death. We strongly advise that you and all the people you are hiring equipment for have comprehensive insurance which covers you for Snowsports activities both in-resort and out of the main resort areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      By accepting the rental equipment, you agree:<\/p>\n\n\n

        \n
      1. That you and the people you are hiring equipment for understand these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. That you and the people you are hiring equipment for understand and accept that the ski or snowboard boot-binding system of any equipment rented has been adjusted and set based on the information provided by the you and the other hirers to us and that the information is accurate and correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. That you and the people you are hiring equipment for understand and accept the inherent risk that the ski or snowboard-binding system equipment will not release at all times or under all conditions or in all circumstances, nor is it possible to predict every situation in which it will release, and that The Boardroom, their employees, affiliates or agents provide no guarantee of the safety of the users of the equipment or any 3rd party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. That you and the people you are hiring equipment for understand that snow sports (skiing, snowboarding, touring, tobogganing) carry a risk of injury and damage to property and that risk is reduced but not eliminated by correct binding settings, the use of wrist guards and an approved helmet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

That you and the people you are hiring equipment for understand, warrant, agree and accept that there are inherent risks of injury involved in using the equipment hired and where such injury occurs you will indemnify and keep indemnified The Boardroom, their employees, affiliates and agents from all actions, suits, claims for damage and demands for personal injury, loss or damage sustained by you, any person using the rental equipment, or any third (3rd) party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. That you and the people you are hiring equipment for accept, understand and acknowledge that in the event that property damage or personal injury is suffered by either you, any person using the rental equipment, or any third party arises out of the use of such equipment, it is your responsibility to make good such personal injury, loss or damage without recourse to The Boardroom, their employees, affiliates and agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

That you and the people you are hiring equipment for understand that riding off-piste, leaving resort boundaries, and entering backcountry are dangerous activities and there is additional risk involved, and that you accept that no liability will be held to The Boardroom, their employees, affiliates and agents in the event of accident, injury or death.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. When leaving resort boundaries, we strongly advise you to carry, and know how to correctly use, avalanche safety gear including beacon, shovel and probe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        6. \u5152\u7ae5\u7522\u54c1\u53ca\u50f9\u683c\u9069\u7528\u65bc 15 \u6b72\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5152\u7ae5\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8a2d\u5099\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. \u82e5\u56e0\u8aa4\u7528\u6216\u610f\u5916\u640d\u58de\u5c0e\u81f4\u640d\u58de\uff0c\u6216\u8a2d\u5099\u907a\u5931\u6216\u88ab\u76dc\uff0c\u5247\u9664\u539f\u79df\u8cc3\u8cbb\u7528\u5916\uff0c\u9700\u652f\u4ed8\u8a72\u8a2d\u5099\u9805\u76ee\u6700\u591a 14 \u65e5\u79df\u8cc3\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u91d1\u984d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
