- 雪具儲存服務採年度訂閱制<\/strong>。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 雪具板袋內裡可包含一套或以上雪板，你也可放置其他相關裝備，但總重量不可超過23公斤<\/strong>。過重速遞公司會不受理托運。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 如雪具板袋總重量超過23公斤，<\/strong>本公司將收取第二件雪具儲存服務。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 每個儲存服務年度結束時，我們會安排自動續約<\/strong>，以確保服務不中斷。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 若欲終止儲存服務<\/strong>，客戶須於年度費用期限屆滿前一個月<\/strong>以書面通知本公司，並同時提供欲寄送雪具之日本國內收件地址<\/strong>。若於通知期限內未收到有效郵寄地址，將視為客戶同意繼續使用本服務。年度屆滿後，本公司將依約收取續約年費。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 若欲於年度費用期限屆滿前終止儲存服務，本公司不予退款。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 若客戶於年度費用期限屆滿後一個月內<\/strong>未續繳儲存服務費用，且雪具仍寄存於本公司倉庫，客戶須補繳該期間產生之倉儲費用<\/strong>，方得再次安排寄送或取回雪具。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 年度費用期限屆滿後兩個月內<\/strong>，若客戶未提出續約或終止之任何通知，本公司保留自行處置該雪具之權利<\/strong>。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u5bc4\u9001\u904b\u8cbb\u76f8\u95dc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n- 上述雪具儲存服務費用不含<\/strong>宅急便寄送所需之郵遞費用。將依宅急便官方費率調整而變動<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- 每次出倉寄送<\/strong>，除郵遞費用外，另收取手續費 1,500 日圓<\/strong>。<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n入倉寄回<\/strong>時，請客戶自行預付運費。若採貨到付款<\/strong>方式，將另加收手續費 2,000 日圓<\/strong>。
\n- 雪具出倉<\/strong>寄出時，必須使用宅急便指定保護膠套<\/strong>進行包裝，否則本公司恕無法受理寄送。若客戶未備有該膠套，須向本公司加購，費用為 1,000 日圓<\/strong>（出倉時與運費一併結算）。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\u514d\u8cac\u8072\u660e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n- \n自行承擔風險<\/strong>
\n- 本公司將盡力妥善保管雪具，惟若因地震、海嘯、火山爆發、蟲害、霉變、或因地震引發之災害及其他不可抗力因素所致之損失，本公司概不承擔任何責任。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n正常損耗<\/strong>
\n- 保管期間因時間自然產生之損耗（包括生鏽、變色、材質劣化等），本公司不負任何責任。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n寄存前處理規定<\/strong>
\n- 客戶於寄存雪具前，須先行徹底風乾並清潔。若因未經充分風乾、濕氣殘留等原因，導致雪具於保管期間出現潮濕、發霉、異味、變質或蟲蛀等情況，本公司不承擔任何責任。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n危險品檢查權<\/strong>
\n- 客戶不得於雪具袋內放置任何危險物品（如壓縮瓦斯、爆炸物、易燃物品等）。本公司於合理懷疑之情況下，保留開袋檢查之權利，且無須另行通知客戶。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n運輸安排<\/strong>
\n- 本公司出庫運輸由「宅急便」負責。若運送途中發生延誤、損壞或遺失，本公司概不負責，客戶須自行向運輸公司提出賠償申請。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n無人認領之處理<\/strong>
\n- 若雪具長期無人認領，且客戶未於本公司通知後之合理期間內回覆，本公司有權將該雪具視為棄置物品處理，客戶不得再要求返還或賠償。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \n同意條款<\/strong>
\n- 客戶將雪具寄存或交由本公司安排運送，即視為已充分閱讀、理解並同意遵守本免責聲明之全部內容。<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Japan Snow Gear Storage Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nService Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n- The annual storage service period runs from the day the gear arrived to the following year<\/strong> (calculated on a 12-month basis).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The snow gear storage service operates on an annual subscription basis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Each snow gear bag may contain one or more snowboards\/skis<\/strong>, and additional related equipment may be included, provided the total weight does not exceed 23 kg<\/strong>. Courier services will refuse shipment if overweight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If the total weight of the snow gear bag exceeds 23 kg<\/strong>, we will charge for a second storage unit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- At the end of each storage service year, the subscription will automatically renew<\/strong> to ensure uninterrupted service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- To terminate the storage service<\/strong>, the customer must provide written notice<\/strong> to us one month prior<\/strong> to the expiration of the annual fee period and simultaneously provide a valid domestic Japanese delivery address<\/strong> for the return of the gear. Failure to provide a valid address within the notice period will be deemed as consent to continue the service. Upon annual expiration, we will charge the renewal fee accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- \nNo refunds<\/strong> will be issued for termination requested before the annual fee period expires<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If the customer fails to renew the storage fee within one month<\/strong> after the annual fee period expires and the gear remains in the Company’s warehouse, the customer must pay the accrued warehouse fees<\/strong> for that period before any re-delivery or pickup can be arranged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If the customer provides no notice of renewal or termination within two months<\/strong> after the annual fee period expires, the Company reserves the right to dispose of the gear at its discretion<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Shipping and Handling Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n- The snow gear storage service fee does not include<\/strong> courier shipping costs. Subject to change per official courier rates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Each outbound shipment<\/strong> incurs a handling fee of ¥1,500<\/strong> in addition to the shipping cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- For inbound return shipments<\/strong>, customers must prepay shipping fees<\/strong>. If cash on delivery (COD)<\/strong> is used, an additional handling fee of ¥2,000<\/strong> will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- All outbound shipments must be packaged in the designated protective cover<\/strong> required by the courier. Shipments without it will not be accepted<\/strong>. If the customer does not have the cover, it can be purchased from the Company for ¥1,000<\/strong> (billed together with shipping upon dispatch).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nAcceptance of Terms<\/strong> By depositing gear with the Company or authorizing shipment arrangements, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound<\/strong> by the full terms of this disclaimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAssumption of Risk<\/strong> The Company will take all reasonable care in storing the gear. However, the Company shall not be liable<\/strong> for any loss or damage caused by earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, pest infestation, mold, disasters triggered by earthquakes, or other force majeure<\/strong> events.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNormal Wear and Tear<\/strong> The Company assumes no responsibility<\/strong> for natural deterioration over time during storage (including rust, discoloration, material degradation, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\nPre-Storage Preparation Requirements<\/strong> Customers must thoroughly dry and clean<\/strong> the gear before storage. The Company shall not be liable<\/strong> for any moisture, mold, odor, deterioration, or pest damage resulting from inadequate drying or residual moisture.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRight to Inspect for Hazardous Items<\/strong> Customers must not<\/strong> store any hazardous materials (e.g., compressed gas, explosives, flammable items) in the gear bag. The Company reserves the right to open and inspect<\/strong> the bag without prior notice if reasonable suspicion exists.<\/p>\n\n\n\nTransportation Arrangement<\/strong> Outbound transportation is handled by the courier service (\u201cTakkyubin\u201d). The Company shall not be responsible<\/strong> for delays, damage, or loss during transit. Customers must file claims directly with the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\nUnclaimed Gear<\/strong> If gear remains unclaimed for an extended period and the customer fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe<\/strong> after notification, the Company reserves the right to treat the gear as abandoned<\/strong> and dispose of it.
